Despite announcing at E3 2018 that there would be a press conference at this year’s E3 about these games, they have now announced that they will not being doing that. Judging from what we saw that the conference last year, both of these games are still in early stages of development and will not be ready for a while to come. Me personally, I hope they take their time with these games, to avoid what happened with the launch of Fallout 76 last year.
But hang on, don’t be disappointed. There are new games coming from Bethesda this year, like Wolfenstein: Youngblood and RAGE 2. Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a standalone sequel to Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, and it just recently got a release date of July 26th, and a new trailer. RAGE 2 is set to release on May 14th, and you can watch the gameplay trailer from E3 2018 here. Also, if you’re still playing Fallout 76 (like me), you have already recieved the first of three free expansions coming this year. I’m glad that Bethesda is trying to fix their past mistakes and creating engaging content for the game, like the Frasnacht Parade event, which lets you run around in creepy masks and kill things. It’s like a B-grade, post-apocalypic movie, but it’s actually fun.
