The much rumored, Borderlands 3, was announced earlier today during Pax East. The game was confirmed to be in developement, however, no release date was given.
The Official Borderlands 3 Trailer did not confirm which platforms the game will release on, and no price has been detailed, but 2K has teased that more information will be coming on the same day as the release date of Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition, April 3.
Gearbox’s last Borderlands game was back in 2012, with Borderlands 2. Boarderlands 2 was released on last generation consoles, which means fans may go an entire console generation without a numbered Borderlands game.
