Today, the official Devil May Cry 5 Twitter account announced that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners will be able to download and play a new Devil May Cry 5 demo on February 7th, 2019.
The Twitter account also tweeted that they plan to make Devil May Cry 5’s current demo (which is exclusive to Xbox One systems) unavailable soon, but promised players who’ve already downloaded it that they can still play it at their leisure.

According to Gematsu.com, Devil May Cry 5’s first demo was only available on Xbox One systems and that it was available to download on December 7th, 2017. They also report,
“As of today, it will no longer be available for download, but it will still be playable if you have it on your system.”
Considering how we’re two months away from the game’s official release on March 8th, 2019, it makes sense for Capcom to dish out another demo (a month before it releases) to heighten their fans’ excitement for the game. Though no details about the demo’s content has been revealed yet, we’ll make sure to keep you posted when more information about its content is shared to the public.
